In the first of a series of case studies we look at a self-build project undertaken by Chris and Jane Clarke to a design by family practice REED ARCHITECTS LLP who are based in the Welsh border town of Presteigne.
QUARRY COTTAGE

Chris and Jane Clarke approached Reed Architects when the design for a replacement cottage prepared by a kit supplier was turned down by the local planner. They wanted an individual home designed specifically for their site.
